The Mesquite home plan, expertly designed to harmonize with Arizona’s landscape and architectural history, is our most popular plan in Arizona. This single-story plan can be extended width-wise to fit virtually any lot. The plan features a large great room, formal and casual dining rooms, a grande suite, plus three additional bedrooms, an office, powder room, covered patio, and attached garage. Saguaro
The Saguaro home plan is perfect for those who want their home to feel like a retreat. This large single-story home features a courtyard, casita or gym, large great room with vaulted ceiling, game room, two covered patios, swimming pool, and 3-car attached garage. You can choose from our beautiful modern or farmhouse architectural styles for this home plan. If homeowners want a traditional element to their modern home, our design team will advise you on elements to style your modern traditional home like a pro.
Ocotillo
Ocotillo is our two-story home plan specifically designed for smaller lots in Arizona. This expertly designed layout gives homeowners ample living space in a smaller footprint. Our Ocotillo plan features an open-concept kitchen, great room, dining room, and grand suite on the first floor, as well as three additional bedrooms, large bonus room, and pocket office on the second floor. This home plan is also available in modern or farmhouse architectural styles.
Desert Willow
Our newest home plan designed for Arizona—Desert Willow—is truly an oasis. This large, beautiful single-story plan, perfect for larger lots, is filled with amenities. The plan features five bedrooms, a spacious great room, bonus room, primary retreat with serenity garden, courtyard, portico and loggia leading to the foyer, casita, swimming pool, attached pool house, spacious covered outdoor living area, and two 2-car garages. Selecting the right plan for your homesite and making it uniquely yours
When you build with TJH, you’ll enjoy the unique experience of our complementary BUILD Analysis and TJH Design Studio visit in Scottsdale before you sign your contract. During your BUILD Analysis, a member of our Private Client Group will present the home plans that fit your lot size and lifestyle needs.
A home plan to fit your lot and lifestyle is essential, but more is needed to make your house your home. That’s why we provide many ways to personalize the right house for your location to make it truly yours. Each of our home plans has two or more exterior styles from which to select, allowing you to choose the architectural style that best matches your personality and tastes.
You’ll also work with our designers at the TJH Design Studio to explore our interior collections, with the option to personalize many elements of your home, including finishes, cabinetry, lighting, flooring, structural options, and upgrades. You’ll use REVEAL by TJH, a proprietary virtual reality app that allows you to do a true 3D walk through of your selected home plan and features to make more informed decisions around personalization.
Options for personalization are built into all of our design collections. However, homeowners can even select custom finishes and fixtures outside the collections’ options. Fortunately, your dedicated designer will walk you through each step of creating your dream home to avoid design fatigue and decision paralysis.
