Join us at Walk Your Plans LA in Culver City for an open house-style experience where you can walk through the plans, explore rendering styles, and see these new designs come to life. Our team will be there to answer questions and help you discover which option may be the right fit for your lot and lifestyle. This is a free event; lite bites and beverages will be served.

The event will be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy fresh ocean air, make new connections, and create meaningful memories together. Families are encouraged to bring their favorite snacks and beach essentials and enjoy a day of friendship, laughter, and community.

The Farmers Market Returns
A beloved Pacific Palisades tradition is back! The Pacific Palisades Farmers Market, presented by Raw Inspiration, returns each Wednesday to Palisades Village.
Take a stroll through the market and explore local vendors offering California-grown produce, fresh flowers, specialty foods, artisan goods, and handcrafted products. It’s a great way to support local businesses, connect with neighbors, and enjoy the community spirit of the Pacific Palisades.

Ocean Way Festival
Live music is returning to the Santa Monica beachfront with the inaugural Ocean Way Festival, presented by Goldenvoice.
Taking place September 26-27, the festival will feature two stages on the sand just east of the Santa Monica Pier, bringing together a mix of rock, indie, soul, and alternative artists. Saturday’s lineup includes The Killers, Jack White, Sublime, and Alvvays, while Sunday features Olivia Dean, Khruangbin, Durand Jones & the Indications, and Hiatus Kaiyote.
With a transit-friendly approach and no on-site parking, the festival offers a new way to experience live music along the coast.
