A completion date that’s backed, not suggested.

We guarantee your new home will be completed within 12 months of the start of construction. That’s a contractual commitment — and one we back with real accountability. If TJH is late, we pay you for every day we are. That’s not a promise most builders are willing to make. We make it because we can keep it.

No contingencies. No escalation clauses. No renegotiating when materials costs move. What’s in your contract is what happens.
