Can TJH help me finance my purchase?
TJH does not have preferred lenders or joint ventures with any lending institutions. We believe this ensures our clients have the highest confidence in choosing the right lender for their specific needs. That said, we do provide lending resources and recommendations based on your unique situation.
Our recommended lenders have partnered with TJH in the past, and we’ve maintained great relationships and experiences with them. We only refer lending resources who have been thoroughly vetted and have received consistent positive feedback from happy customers.
Choosing a TJH-recommended lender can provide a seamless experience, with an added layer of familiarity regarding our process and product, helping to simplify your homebuilding journey.
What's my next step after showing interest in a home?
Once you have found the home that is perfect for you and your family, you will need to ensure that your pre-approval with the lender of your choice is a completed. The pre-approval will give you a clear understanding of your home purchase limit and ensure you are comfortable with your projected monthly mortgage. We can refer you to multiple preferred lenders who have a clear understanding of our TJH sales process and contract documents to ensure a seamless and timely process; however, we are open to working with other lenders of your choice provided they can accommodate our milestone draw process for construction progress payments.
What types of homes does TJH offer?
TJH offers five distinct new home solutions to suit different needs and stages of the homebuilding journey:
- Move-In Ready Homes – Fully completed homes ready for immediate occupancy.
- Presales – Homes currently under construction that you can purchase before completion.
- Buy and Build – Lots owned by TJH with predetermined TJH floor plans. Homebuyers can purchase early to take advantage of premarket pricing and have the opportunity to personalize their new home.
- BUILD – Teardown and rebuild using a TJH floor plan on your existing lot.
- BUILD+ – TJH helps you source a homesite and rebuild using a TJH floor plan.
Each option offers flexibility and tailored support depending on your homeownership goals and timeline.
