TJH Founder, Tommy Beadel sits down with The Builder’s Daily to talk about the growing demand for BUILD by TJH.

Tommy Beadel, the founder and chairman of Thomas James Homes (TJH) was recently featured in an interview with The Builder’s Daily to discuss the growing demand for its BUILD by TJH program. Beadel stated that people have been seeing the homes they build and asking how they can do the same on their own homesite. In response to this demand, TJH has launched their new Private Client Group, a sales team dedicated to its BUILD by TJH solution.

“People would look at the homes we’re already building in their neighborhoods, the sites with the TJH branding on the fence wrap around the job site, and they asked us, ‘how do I get what you’re doing here where I am on my site?’ We see this as a huge opportunity,” says Tommy.

BUILD offers TJH clients an opportunity to maximize the square footage and value of their existing home through a turnkey design-build solution that simplifies the traditional custom-building model. What sets the BUILD program apart is TJH’s price and timeline guarantees, along with their integrated, end-to-end process that includes architecture, design, permitting, and construction management all under one roof.

[…] the particular urban infill business model that focuses on upgrading properties with homes already on them has been served by narrower custom- and semi-custom homebuilders and remodelers, which do not come with the “differentiators” of the TJH model: a guaranteed price at contract for the construction, and a firm delivery date within a 12-month start-to-completion cycle.

Through TJH’s exclusive Private Client Group, clients can request a free BUILD Analysis which includes a detailed site feasibility and financial assessment, plus a cost breakdown and review of TJH curated home plans. The launch of this new group will help support the increasing demand for teardown-rebuild home solutions, while continuing to offer pre-construction homes and quick move-in market homes across five key markets in 2023.
