On Saturday, September 26, Thomas James Homes is giving Pacific Palisades homeowners a different way to experience what’s possible.

From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., TJH will host a special New Palisades Floor Plans Reveal at Walk Your Plans LA in Culver City. Guests can walk through our newest home designs, explore architectural styles and renderings, and talk directly with our team about finding the right home for their lot and lifestyle.

Two New Ways to Come Home to the Palisades

The event marks the debut of two new floor plans created to give Palisades homeowners even more flexibility as they consider rebuilding.

One of our most anticipated is a new single-story design, offering four bedrooms and three baths across approximately 3,057 gross square feet. The home brings everyday living onto one level and is available in a range of architectural styles, including Spanish, Traditional, Farmhouse, and Coastal.

Also being introduced is a new two-story design featuring a first-floor primary suite. At approximately 3,928 gross square feet, the home offers four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and the option for a fifth bedroom, providing additional flexibility for families looking for more space.

Together, these new designs expand the choices available to Palisades homeowners, with more options created to fit a variety of lots, lifestyles, and stages of life. Each plan can also be personalized through the TJH Design Center, where homeowners can explore cabinetry, flooring, tile, finishes, and available structural options to create a home that reflects their personal style.
