Right-sizing for a new chapter
After living all over the world, from Singapore to Paris to California, they settled in Arizona to finish raising their three kids. Recent empty nesters, Robin and Mike, were ready for a fresh start and a home fit for this new chapter.

Not only do they have access to some of the best bakeries and restaurants within walking distance, but they’re also a stone’s throw away from art galleries, museums, and top-rated resorts. Beyond all the amenities, the sense of community really drew them in.
“[We chose this area] because of what’s nearby- the bakery, the little shops, bars, and restaurants—we can walk down a block, and we’re there. We’re within ten minutes of downtown with museums and art galleries. We also have all the sporting venues and concerts down here. And we’re surrounded by all these fabulous golf courses and resorts within a few blocks from us.”
Now settled in their new home, you’ll often find the couple sitting on their front patio, chatting with their neighbors, people watching, and enjoying the vibrant desert sunset. Their journey led them to the home of their dreams and what has become the backdrop to the next exciting chapter in their lives.
