A TJH new construction home offers many benefits over an older, resale home—especially when you consider the neighborhoods in which we build. Here’s why it makes sense to buy it right the first time around with TJH.

Frequently asked questions

Our mission is to unlock access to the coolest neighborhoods for our clients. We only build in areas that are close to the commercial, cultural, and entertainment hubs that our homebuyers love.

Where we build

Our all-inclusive pricing includes the homesite, architecture, construction management, interior design, landscape architecture and installation, and closing services for the home. It also covers all demo, permit fees, new utilities fees and any additional city-related costs.

The listed price does not include the cost of optional structural changes you may choose to make to a home or upgrades to your chosen interior collection. Those options and upgrades are calculated before you sign your purchase agreement.

Early-stage pre-construction homes offer homebuyers significant personalization options such as per plan structural changes, selecting interior collections, and finish details. To learn about options for a specific TJH home, get in touch.

Yes, every year we bring a small number of completed, expertly designed homes to market to model our craft and quality. These market homes are available for purchase and quick move-ins. Explore all of our listings here.

“Homesite” is another word for a residential “lot” or “property.” When you buy a TJH homesite, you buy the property and the future home that will sit on it when construction is complete.
