The goal for this event is to showcase the floor plan, what we do, and give anyone coming insight on the different programs TJH offers. This is during the brokers caravan, so we are looking at having mostly agents, but we are having door hangers drop on Sunday around the home. So, we will expect to see some neighbors as well.

The goal for this event is to showcase the home before interior appliances and cabinetry are put in. This will show our craftsmanship and gives anyone coming by a representation of how the home looks before completion. Since this event is in a very family friendly neighborhood, we have a food vendor, and a pancake + ice cream vendor for the kids.
