We are thrilled to announce that three of our homes in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California have been named Gold Nugget Award of Merit Winners.

The Gold Nugget Awards are the “oldest and most prestigious residential design awards in the nation.” 

The 60th Annual Gold Nugget Awards – The ART of DESIGN recognize “those who improve our communities through exceptional concepts in design, planning and development.” 

In Seattle, our home at 4047 NE 56th Street A is a 2023 Award of Merit Winner for Best Single Family Detached Home–2,001 to 2,499 sq. ft. Also in Seattle, our home at 4108 Palatine Ave. N is an Award of Merit Winner in the Best Single Family Detached Home–2,500 to 3,000 sq. ft. category.

In Menlo Park, California, our home at 20 Cerros Manor is an Award of Merit Winner for Best Single Family Detached Home–3,500 to 3,999 sq. ft.

Award of Merit Winners were selected by a panel of top industry experts from among nearly 650 entries.

PCBC’s Gold Nugget Awards will be presented at the Gala Awards Presentation, which will take place at the Westin Anaheim Resort in Anaheim, California, on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.
