Thomas James Homes has appointed Franco Tenerelli as Chief Legal Officer. In this role, Mr. Tenerelli will oversee all legal affairs and provide counsel as TJH prepares to go public.

Mr. Tenerelli brings extensive experience in homebuilding, having served as Chief Legal Officer for Landsea Homes. He played a key role in Landsea Homes’ transformation from a startup to Builder Magazine’s 2022 Builder of the Year. Prior to that, Mr. Tenerelli was Regional Counsel for Toll Brothers and a litigator at Holland & Knight LLP. He holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA, a JD from Loyola Law School, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
