Founder, Tommy Beadel, discusses growing demand for BUILD by TJH

Thomas James Homes (TJH) announced a new chapter for the company with the launch of the Private Client Group—a new sales team to support the company’s BUILD by TJH solution. BUILD enables homeowners to unlock the value and potential of their existing home by rebuilding a new, larger one in its place. It’s also a great option for other types of industry players, including rental property owners, flip investors, and financial, estate, and tax advisers, to maximize the financial potential of their residential real estate assets without the stress of managing the process.

“New-construction homes in our key markets are extremely rare,”  says Tommy Beadel, Founder and Chairman of TJH. “The average age of a home is 56 years. These homeowners don’t have many new-construction options outside of moving from their neighborhood or undertaking a remodel/renovation on their own. BUILD is a new, third option. We will demo your home and rebuild a new one in its place, which is not only simpler, but also creates more value than renovating.”
