What is the BUILD+ process by TJH?
The BUILD+ process is similar to BUILD, but our partnership begins earlier as we help you source a homesite. First, you’ll enter into a Search Agreement in addition to the Due Diligence Agreement, which allows our in-house acquisitions experts and resources to target your desired neighborhood.
Do you manufacture your product off-site or do you build onsite?
We primarily build onsite, starting with slab-on-grade foundations using poured concrete to ensure a solid and durable base tailored to your lot. Some other building materials and components may be produced off-site to improve efficiency and maintain high standards before installing them at your home.
What is the difference between BUILD and BUILD+?
- BUILD – For homeowners with an existing lot who want to teardown and rebuild using a TJH floor plan.
- BUILD+ – For buyers who need help sourcing a homesite to teardown and rebuild using a TJH floor plan.
How does BUILD+ differ from traditional home building?
BUILD+ offers a more personalized and streamlined experience compared to traditional home building. Unlike the typical process where buyers find land on their own, BUILD+ includes expert support to help you source and secure the ideal homesite early on, this includes leveraging our relationship in the market with broker and direct sellers to give you first right of refusal on homesites not available to the public. This partnership also allows us to conduct feasibility studies and planning upfront, reducing surprises and delays.
