While all eyes were on the 2022 Winter Olympics, Thomas James Homes and creative brand partner Truss Creative took home their own gold and silver awards at the National Association of Homebuilders’ (NAHB) version of the Olympics—The National Sales and Marketing Awards gala.

For forty years, the annual event, known as The NationalsSM, has been one of the building industry’s most prestigious awards competitions. It celebrates the best work in residential real estate sales, home building, marketing, and design by industry professionals, home builders, and their marketing partners. At this year’s awards, TJH earned a Gold Award for Best Realtor/Broker Program, titled “The Power of Multiplicity,” showcasing the various ways brokers can earn with the TJH Realtor Partnership Program. A second Gold was awarded to TJH and Truss Creative for Best Overall Advertising Campaign, which highlights TJH’s promise of providing “The right home, right where you want it” and the Build on Your Homesite program.
