We are always looking for new homesites to purchase, so we rely on the Realtor community to act as our land acquisition partner. Bring us your listing. If it fits our portfolio goals, we’ll purchase the homesite and close quickly. In return, you can earn 3x your commission potential, including:

Skip stressful bidding wars. Bring your client exclusive listings we’ve begun building from our Build on Our Homesite program. Homebuyers gain the opportunity to choose the design finishes of their new home and you can choose your commission. Earn up to 3% upon completion of selected homes.

3 REFER A HOMEOWNER
If you know a homeowner that may be interested in building a new home on their existing homesite, Build on Your Homesite program is for them. If you refer a homeowner to us, you’ll receive $50,000 upon your client’s contract signing and initial deposit. And there’s no limit to the number of referrals you can earn.
