Grab your apron and your appetite, and join us live on our Instagram on June 10th from 4 – 5pm. Shina will share ways to heal the body with the right food, and will prepare two Ayurvedic-inspired recipes that are perfect for summer—a seasonal fruit cobbler and strawberry and watermelon agua fresca. As a certified Ayurvedic Consultant and plant-based chef, Shina Chen combines her knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and natural ingredients with her passion for cooking to help others bring balance to their meals and heal the body through modern cuisines. Shina launched Food As Medicine in Laguna Beach, California, where she offers healing workshops, private cooking classes, meal plans, and more.
